At this point in my life I consider myself an old school documentarian with a contemplative approach. I am compelled to document and share the interesting things I see. Each image opportunity proposes a set of questions for me especially when I’m first attracted to the scene. I have an irresistible urge to go there, to be in that space, to absorb and feel what has taken place years ago or just last night in an attempt to answer those questions. This always results in an outpouring of gratitude for life, and prayer for those who trod on that ground.     ~ Dan Mohan
